I like how easy this software is! We've been using all three modules so far (Checklisting/Workflows & Task Scheduling) but we really haven't found anything that's not useful in any way shape or form - they're great at what their doing :) It would be nice if there was an option where users could choose between 2-3 different interface views depending upon preference instead having one set up view throughout? That being said though our team has had zero issues with them as such!! So nothing much here just some minor suggestions regarding UI changes etc..
But overall have heard very good things about these guys from previous clients who used other 3rd party systems before coming across us ;) Good job by your Team. The only issue i'm currently facing now days after implementation when trying out new processes within Checklists module :). Have realised its quite tricky initially getting everything setup correctly however once done then no.
