The screen protector came in a case similar to a heavy cardboard DVD case but larger. No cracks. It has a slightly matte finish but is crisp in the car with the screen on. The finish also helps hide some fingerprints. They can hardly be seen on the standard screen of the Tiguan. It includes a suction cup which seemed odd but it worked, I had to use it to reset the profile. It's big, and by trying to make it square and smooth from edge to edge to avoid bubbles, this suction cup gave me a way to hold on. There were small blisters but they disappeared overnight. My alcohol swab didn't dry, but I kept the small rag. It works to clear the screen.
