The cooler is gigantic and can hold my 8700k between 65-75 @ 5GHz with no lag. It only outperformed the Meshify C glass panel by a few mm. The 10mm front fans are pretty cool and have no issues with ANY size RAM (I'm using Team Group Dark Pro DDR4) which is 45mm and doesn't become clear when I'm using R1 Ultimate. I was very disappointed that Revain sent me the open box version. where all parts were disassembled except for the radiator itself (there were no fans, brackets and thermal paste in the box) so I had to send it back and get another one. I had to settle for using a stock Intel cooler (one was sitting idle) for a few days to get a replacement. OMG, IDLE was brought to 45-50C with the stock Intel cooler! I reduced CPU load for several days to release my build and install Win10. Now at idle with R1 it's around 28-30C. Installation is pretty simple and straightforward for a socket 1155. All you need is a box, high quality paste and a Phillips screwdriver to tighten. You have to remove the fans to make things easier. I already had my rig in a case so it was a bit tight but manageable. In general, the cooler is not noctua d15, but close. The reason I bought it is because I hate the Noctua color scheme and would stick with low profile RAM sticks. You could maybe get 2-3 cents less with Noctuas, but overall I like them.
