We ordered a left and a right mirror for our new e-bike. When they arrived the right outside mirror had the correct bracket but the wrong mirror. I emailed the company to the email address on the product packaging and they responded within a day. The company sent the correct part straight away and now we have both mirrors fitted and we love them. It's nice to be associated with a company that supports their customers and their products. Well done Hafni! We are very satisfied with the mirrors themselves. Each mirror has a reflector positioned high on the bike, giving oncoming vehicles a better view of the bike. The mirrored surface provides the same clear image as a traditional glass mirror, but is much less prone to breakage. The mirrors are easy to adjust but stay in place while driving. Even on our e-bike without suspension, the image does not wobble or blur. With a reflection in the mirror, the matching couple looks great on the bike. The only consideration is where to install. Our bike has somewhat large e-bike controls and a brake lever mounted right next to the handlebars. This moves the mirror mount quite a bit inward. On the opposite side, the shifter, handbrake and bell are mounted near the grip, bringing the mirror mount closer to the stem. As a result, the driver's hands are partially in the mirror's field of vision. It works great, but the only suggestion for improvement would be an extra inch of length for the mounting arms. With a conventional bike, this is probably not a problem. You can see the bracket and reflectors in the attached photos.
