I don't like the shampoo and conditioner in this set, I didn't find anything special in it. Caramel conditioner works best for me when I use the shampoo and conditioner I normally use. I love caramel for my hair. I used to make it myself, but it's a lot easier to buy ready-made. I started using it in 2009 when I had shoulder length hair and switched from a relaxer in a humid city with hard water. It has really helped my hair become more manageable, shinier and less prone to frizz and breakage. Now I'm totally natural and still getting the same results!
