This is a wonderful product. Even better if you get the right one. My point is to be careful to buy the right adapter (and maybe an SSD for it). I bought this unit before opening my laptop bag to check what type of plug I had. I say this because I'm a technician and should have known better! My own car, for heaven's sake, and I screwed it up. These adapters are great for replacing older mechanical actuators. Of course it has to be right. moral of the story? This is a great adapter, nice and fast. The perfect complement to an SSD if you have a good fast SSD. Look! No moving parts except fan.
