Leaks after 10 months of regular use. We bought three of these for a new house. The original reason for buying here was that the reviews seemed pretty good at the time. But as soon as we received it my husband said it was not at all the quality they intended. However we installed all three and within 10 months two started leaking, one was so bad we had to remove it and the other in the main bathroom has been leaking for 2 months now. Even worse if you use the built in shut off valve - IT STILL LEAKS. That's when we realized that it wasn't worth buying this product. You have to consider that when you buy a cheap bidet you run the risk of breaking the washing machine or the grout one day when you are not at home and you enter a flooded house, and even worse when it is on the second or third stick, it will do a lot more damage. I say this because this happened to me about eight years ago with another bidet I bought from Revain.
