I tried to fit them on my 1976 Blazer. These shocks use a fairly large "washer" (as shown in the photo) to separate the top end from the frame. The washer is too large and cannot sit flat in the frame bag.The "tube" of the old strut's top mount protrudes inward and fits perfectly in the frame bag Yes, with enough grinding or time on the lathe it could probably be assembled, but it should fit without. After spending almost an hour assembling the damper, washer and frame I gave up and built the old one Damper up in less than 5 minutes I'll give it back to Revane.
