Not fancy but works
Steel slightly rough not shiny as shown in photo. But although these scissors are a little tight, they work. They are sharp enough to trim my bangs. I'm used to cutting scissors with a slight curve to the teeth, which makes it easier to work. These scissors are perfectly flat. But for the price they are good. As long as you don't do anything too complicated with them, they should be fine.
