I bought this part for my BMPCC 4k shoulder strap and while it is a very solid piece of equipment that does the job I highly recommend spending the extra $40. and get a Small Rig Quick Release with rod slots. This particular plate requires you to unscrew the base of the plate with allen keys, attach the camera with a screw that can and will loosen over time, and then reattach the base plate with the allen wrench. . So it takes a whopping 5 minutes every time you want to remove a camera or tighten a pesky screw. Very cumbersome and annoying. If you don't leave your camera on and don't have a screw that will never come loose, just spend the extra $40 and save yourself a ton of time and hassle.
