Review on 🎒 Dakine Hot Laps 5L Waist Bag by Josh Elkins

I love Dakine products so this came as a surprise. I don't want to give a 1 star review but this pack doesn't work. A few issues on first use. The magnetic hose holder is as durable as Peewee Herman. It's just too weak for any kind of MTB. The hose gets disconnected on every impact, it's ridiculous. So you're hurtling down the trail with a dangling inner tube ready to fly into your bike. This happens naturally and the bite valve comes loose, which then pours water all over your ass. Open the bag and make sure you have no water now and of course the zipper will pop right away. Wonderful. The waist belt should be better too, it's a low quality belt. This backpack just doesn't live up to the quality of Dakine. I would avoid it.
