This item cannot be an original ProTeam product. I struggle with pull pulls all the time. he REALLY wants to be as small as possible. The end that connects to the vacuum often makes a high-pitched squeak, and the end that connects to the vacuum hose keeps falling off. And yes, I did purchase a new wand, the one recommended with this particular product. I've been using the same ProTeam Super Coachvac and related parts for about 6 years. I loved the product. On the other hand, this hose: TERRIBLE.
