The ease in which we can create tenders from our desktop or mobile device makes this product very flexible when it comes to managing contracts at any time across multiple offices anywhere around Australia! We love that anyone who has access remotely via VPN / WiFi connection gets full use out all features without having internet restrictions such as data caps etc apply - even if they are using 3g/4G networks like my work phone does not have unlimited usage so i often run into issues where emails go unread due do lackage of wifi coverage- however once I'm back online again everything works fine!! Also being able pick up changes made by others while away allows us easy continuity between contractors working together within one project rather than waiting until next day before making final change order decisions.- also great communication tool allowing many people involved be kept updated simultaneously through various formats including twitter & facebook groups.
