The Best in Diet and Sports Nutrition

Ever wanted to feel like a silverback gorilla? You'll probably need banned substances, but it's pretty close! All the great pre-workout benefits without the heavy sweating and tingling you get with ready-made crap powder. Generic mix so you know what's in it. Not an insane amount of caffeine to disturb your sleep pattern since caffeine's half-life is around 6 hours anyway. Here is my dosing chart. I'm 6ft, 200lbs in pretty decent shape. 1 scoop is a great workout; tons of energy and amazing pumps due to the ingredients 1.5 scoops - Crazy workout; I want to shred weights, even when I'm tired I keep doing 2 balls - male mode in Florida; makes you want to chew concrete and destroy things in your area. 2.5 scoops - you don't want to know. TL; DR – Stick of 1 scoop + maybe a little thermogenic if you feel like sweating or tingling.
