The interface is very easy to use. I love that I can create my own templates for reports! It makes creating reports faster than doing them one at a time. Also, the way it saves is great too, as sometimes when I change something, it doesn't save what I changed if I close the report immediately after loading the file. Sometimes there are times where I have to refresh the page before saving changes, but not other times. I would like to find a way to be able to add fields or variables to my reports without having to manually add them each time. This helps when you're adding too many fields to a single report, otherwise it takes several minutes to do this each time. It really does make writing reports easier and quicker! It has many functions that are very easy for customization to suit my needs. The interface is not user friendly at all. There are so many features but I don't know how to use them effectively. Also you cannot make changes once the report is created so there can be errors if things change during production or when updating the database later on. This tool allows me to create great customer satisfaction surveys as well as monthly performance reviews.
