Great Tool For Tour Operators: MYGEST

Being a travel agency, it is always challenging for us to keep track of all the bookings we have across all our travel partners. The Travel Agent Hub makes things much easier by syncing all the bookings and tickets we have with all our partners. It helps us keep track of everything and also helps us prepare all the reports for the partners, thus making their life easy as well. It's a bit expensive for me. I would say it's not feasible for smaller travel agencies. But for big travel agencies, it is a great help. It helps me manage all my partners. It also helps me track all my bookings which makes my job easier. I like that it's very easy to add guests, hotels, and locations and that you can see everything at once. The system is also reliable and has never crashed. It is a bit complicated to use for those who are not computer savvy. There is a lot of information to sift through when searching for something specific. Also, there is no way to search by city or state. I would recommend this software to anyone wanting a great tool for their travel agency. It helps us keep track of our reservations.

  • This program keeps everyone in sync so if one person updates anything they will be sure others know about changes made before going out into client contact centers etc.and its user friendly too! We love how quick access from home PC gives clients instant info via email notification without having them call office staff!! And most importantly..it works flawlessly!!! Thanks MyGest Team..you guys ROCKED IT OUT!!!! :)
