Thanks for the fast shipping! The remote control was well packaged and worked immediately after inserting the supplied battery. I had no problems installing the battery as others have mentioned. I am very happy with this seller and product as I love my soundbar and my original remote broke when I dropped it on a hard stone tile. Maybe I'd better buy a second one as a backup!
