Connection lost; not strong
The mother is not firm enough to keep still. When I attached the LadderLock to a solid part of the house where it was secured perfectly, the stair lock kept moving; and when I pushed the ladder, the ladder VERY easily removed the lock from its bracket. In this situation, the rope worked better. I also tried attaching it to the gutter; and the nut assembly was very loose whether I tightened it by hand or with a wrench. I loved this product; and really wanted it to work; and really believed it would work.
