Insect seal fits perfectly on my 16 year old mesh sliding door. It was the same product as the original. Very soft pliable vinyl. Here are some installation tips. Install on the door first. Then make some snips on it so you know the right size and don't just adjust it to fit the old sealer you just removed. I like the gasket to easily ride over the adjacent glass for a snug fit. Cut it around each window structure to create a tighter seal that it may come into contact with when the door is opened. It's usually best to just cut it a little longer than you think you need, otherwise it may shrink or fit better. You can always shorten it if necessary, but you cannot do the opposite. Measure twice and cut once. A good product should last another 10 years. To adjust the width, just gently pry it on a corner along the notches or use a cutting tool to make a notch about 1/4 inch or so and carefully and gently pull down until you get the end reach. Very easy to install.
