Update: They just aren't compatible with PS4 as advertised. They're not loud enough to be heard unless you buy a USB amplifier adapter to boost the volume, but after dropping $30 on such an adapter on top of the price of the headset, the audio was about one half a second behind the conversion. Digital audio to analogue, making the in-game dialogue and sound effects unbearable, and you can't even use a microphone as the PS4 only supports one channel for output and input, making these headphones just mediocre even at a discounted price. . They might work on PC, or maybe Xbox (probably not), but they're definitely a waste of money if you intend to use them on PS4. Reading reviews of other gaming headsets it seems there is a similar low volume issue with consoles, probably for legal security reasons people aren't responsible for people blowing their noses. It's a pity that many good games have never been released on PC. I didn't get it, I followed the instructions and installed all the updated drivers etc from the website, but I still can't hear the volume is programmed incorrectly or something? It's like half power. I've looked at online videos of fixes, but none of them worked with Windows 7, even though the website said it should. It's useless if I can't hear my game. Tried other ports on PS4 Pro, no difference. No wonder it's selling for $50 below the suggested retail price.
