They send you a DEFECTIVE device

I plugged it in and nothing shows up on my tablet. Said automatic connection, which means that the device is defective. Listen to the 4% of people who hate a product. You save time and money. Not only do you have my money and I have a broken device. Now I have to invest my time and money to get it back. Thank you for making my life a little harder than it is.
