So Disappointed - Computers and Accessories

I hope the company I bought this dock from is really different from the company I ordered this Surface Go laptop dock from in the first place. It's the same problem as my first purchase. The connector does not match the computer. I wonder how it got all these rave reviews when you can't even plug it in. So disappointing.

Works well and slim design

I like this dock because it can also be used with the lid attached to the tablet. No complaints about it slipping out of the port or not being compatible with the Surface Go. So far, so good. I bought this for my kid. He can use it for his homework and he is happy with it!

worth your money.

Fits snugly on Surface Go without interfering with the charging cable. Allows instant connection to a 3TB external hard drive with years of files on board. You can also use a regular USB-connected keyboard. Great addition to Surface Go.

Awesome Dock

I haven't had a chance to use this dock yet, but it seems to get the job done without too much fuss. It offers you standard USB slots, SD card slots and sound. One downside is that storing your Go in a protective case will most likely not work.

They send you a DEFECTIVE device

I plugged it in and nothing shows up on my tablet. Said automatic connection, which means that the device is defective. Listen to the 4% of people who hate a product. You save time and money. Not only do you have my money and I have a broken device. Now I have to invest my time and money to get it back. Thank you for making my life a little harder than it is.

I've had this thing for two months now and it has proven very reliable during the quarantine. I connected it to the network for the first time. , there was an issue causing my Surface Go to register this as headphones. While this didn't affect the ability to transmit and receive data from USB connections, it did mean that the videos being played weren't playing through the tablet's speaker. The workaround is to go to Sound Settings > Audio Devices > and turn off your headphones. This will not…

It works well for everything except a USB connection to a projector.

I am using a film editing interface. So please use an adapter to connect SFDC card, USB mouse and external hard drive. Everything works very well. What I like about this adapter, apart from the fact that it works, it fits very well thanks to the double plugs and cannot be easily separated unintentionally.
