I'm a maintenance contractor and I bought about 15 of these light sharks for my buildings. Please note: This vacuum cleaner has a small rectangular outlet filter located at the front under the bin. Most people don't know that they have to take it off and wash it, and then throw away the vacuum cleaner because of poor suction. Also remove the sponge filters under the canister and tap them out more often. Many people have only used Hepa bag vacuums and are unaware that canister filters need cleaning. I thought it was common sense. I have also used a Lrg Navigator and a few other Sharks models but this lovely little vacuum has a detachable attachment for baseboards, elevator rails, stair corners etc. I work in many tall buildings with multiple stairwells and need a vacuum that has enough power to suck out those deep elevator marks. Other rugged vacuums rarely have detachable nozzles, and owners don't think about the comfort of contractors when they buy these Β£30 vacuums. I'm in my 50's and I can still walk up and down these stairs all day. I dust these filters every day and only one of the vacuums has burned out after 2 years of daily use. I took my grandma's old vacuum cleaner and gave her one of these lightweight sharks and she loves it like I gave her a new toy. She can maneuver it around her apartment without hurting her arm from the weight. Anyway, I'm going to get another one now because I just got another client. The filters are washable, but I buy replacement filters for my personal household vacuum cleaner. YES, my house vacuum cleaner is also a light blue shark.
