Review on 7" Diamond Grinding Wheels For Concrete Or Masonry, 24 Turbo Segments, 30/40 Grit, Medium Bond, 5/8"-11 Arbor by Jason Spainhour

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Maybe for others but not for me

Let me start by saying my concrete is really hard. I'm getting ready to lay tile and had about four small humps to get out of an almost perfect 1200 ft slab. Maybe 40 sq ft of grinding. I worked HARD. Wore this out and only did about 30 sq ft. Had to really muscle it into the concrete with all my weight working one side and tilting as much as I could before my dust shroud came up off the floor and threw up a big dust cloud. Not good working inside. I'm going to try the Dewalt Dw4775 this just cut too slow for me. Almost like it was just for fine finishing.

Pros
  • Ideal for use with concrete grinding machines
Cons
  • May not be compatible with all types of grinding wheels or discs
