I just played with this lovely set of markers and had a great time. I wanted to see what I could do with them, so I first drew them on watercolor paper to see how well they blended with water. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they dissolve very well. Of course, the choice of watercolor paper can lead to different results. I suggest pulp paper, not cotton paper. I used Canson Montval paper for my testing and it worked great. For the second test, I just wanted to have fun and use a coloring book. Because the paper isn't designed for watercolors, I couldn't mix the markers with water. However, the colors on this paper seemed even stronger. I was able to add multiple layers without damaging the paper. They appear on the other side of the page but don't go to the next page. I definitely recommend always putting a sheet of paper under the coloring book, just in case. And finally, my final test was to grab my Canson Montval watercolor paper and have some fun with the water. The colors blended so well and still looked nice and vibrant. I was able to do many layers with no problems. It was very easy for me to use these dual tip brush pens. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. I think the thin eyeliner tip is a great addition. Most dual-tip markers have a thin, spherical tip. You can add very small details with Walowalo markers. I had a great time with them.
