Not new. Returned or used. No additional shipping packaging.
Obviously this was not a new article. One tube was unwrapped, one tube was fully wrapped. The pump works fine. Just don't put the tube too low on the dipstick. The battery clip's red and black lugs will slip off immediately, so be careful. The box it came in was used as a shipping box. No additional shipping documents. I hate this. I just wrote it and mailed it.
