I could have used this engraving when it arrived in Ecuador. So, I'll start by saying that the packaging of the product is ideal for travel. This is a very lightweight device that still performs like a commercial machine when engraving woodwork. Good resolution, good speed, .recommended! 2020 - Update July 17th ***** The one I bought only worked well for 4 weeks (about 20 hours a week). The control board is burned out. I got the 2nd board from China and it worked almost 4 months; burned down again. Now I need to downgrade this product. Probably, this device can not work more than 1 hour per day. We apologize for this late update. I don't recommend it anymore!
