This label printer is fine. It looks good but lacks the features that other label makers offer at similar prices. The build quality of this label printer is surprisingly good. It is not designed for industrial use, but seems robust enough for everyday use in the office, workshop, study or kitchen. The design is great for simple lettering. The QWERTY keyboard is easy to use, but some features could be better. For example, the button labeled "SHIFT" doesn't actually move. This allows you to use punctuation marks instead of numbers. To switch between upper and lower case, use the "A/a" button above. As you switch between them, the screen will pause and show you which one you choose. To be honest, it's very tiring to switch back and forth. Little things like this are the real problems with this label printer. To get to some of the less common punctuation marks, you need to delve deep into the menu, which itself is hidden within the icon menu. It's just a little messy. If you want to create a lot of detailed labels, you need to take some time to familiarize yourself with the device and the menus. My biggest criticism of this label printer is the limited capacity. For the same price, and in some cases even less, you can get a well-known branded label printer that comes with more fonts, frames, images, and cleaner menus. That's just not enough. This is clearly a fake from a more well-known brand. He even uses branded tape. This is handy because it means the tape is easy to find and generics are cheap to order. It's also disappointing because branded software is way better in every way. All in all, this is a great label maker for basic needs. The menu is clunky, but it's easy to get started making labels in minutes. If you need more features, choose a big brand. If you just need something for quick labels that look pretty much the same, this should be fine for you.
