Buyers beware, defective units can be the norm with this device.

I received my device and the packaging barely lasted. Apart from a few small dents and a crack in the plastic front grille, the device remained largely intact. I turned it on only to find that the fan turns itself off after about 1 minute. The device does not generate cold air or heat. Just a heavy, expensive brick in the wall.
