I have been using the Quickie mop on laminate floors for about a decade. During this time I have bought several replacement nozzles. Compared to the refills I've bought from Revain in the past, these refills are significantly inferior. The material is MUCH thinner than previous replacement jets and the "grain" of the terry cloth is very fine. The floor is actually wiped with a smooth cloth, which affects its cleanability. After a few washes I can see areas of the fabric that I can see through. This has never happened to past petrol stations, even after many years. I assume that the lifespan of these rods will be very short. Although these rods are said to be sourced direct from Quickie, the quality is so poor that I am wondering if they are legal.
