I gave this bag three stars. Three because it's very cute, it's the perfect size, not too big and not too small. i like the style The only problem is the shipping method. It is placed in a plastic bag. The purse didn't have tissue paper to keep its shape so it was sent in a different plastic bag. They put it in my mailbox. When I opened it everything was crumpled. I had to get a hair dryer and heat the sides to try and get the wrinkles out. Nobody should do this. That's why I will never buy here. It needs to be stuffed with fabric and put in a real BOX!
