I like that you can pay in cash or using credit card with no fees attached! It's easy to use too - it just works :) The only thing is they need more payment options so people don't have to go through their website every time before paying out of pocket (eg via debit/credit cards). So far this has worked well but when we were travelling overseas there was an issue where some banks didn't work at all which meant having to wait until after our trip had finished then going online again to make payments. This wasn't ideal as it would've been nice if things could be resolved while away from home! We are saving money by not overpaying for accommodation etc during holidays.
