Hello I like these bulbs except for 2 things. 1 must buy 6 and 2 40.00 seems expensive. Also, we wanted them to match our other Par30 LEDs and nobody makes a softer white cap just for these clear ones, but I think that's because they're better suited for spot lighting than general lighting. They're built for tough use, so buy with confidence and with our Lutron switches, the lights are muted and won't make a buzzing noise. We have a 1989 wiring system with 3 wires and ground (some older houses don't have neutral or even 2 wires. It makes a difference.
