I am not satisfied with the durability of this product. I used it as a leash extender to keep my young labrador from chewing on the leash. It could be chewed, but it wasn't very strong. During the walk, one of the loops on the leash broke. I know it's not designed to extend the leash, but it's advertised as a safety harness. So I expected that it would withstand the forces one would be subjected to in a car crash, which should be much greater than that of normal walking. So be aware that using it as a harness for your dog may not work in the event of an accident. I am extremely disappointed.
