Have tried several different protein shakes and will continue to use this one. My goal is a meal replacement for weight loss, so I really want three things: healthy, tasty, and good texture. Healthy: This one appears to be normal. Good price for portions. Tasty: I generally hate the taste of protein shakes. They are so artificial and strange. This is no exception. Just not attractive. It's a shame. Texture: The texture of this one is wonderful. If the taste was good, this would be my cocktail. When I mix it with water I blend it in one portion with my ninja blender and it's very smooth and easy to take. I haven't found my perfect cocktail yet, but if I never find one that tastes good, I'll probably come back to this one for the texture.
