Large Ankle Wedge

After a serious ankle injury I needed a foot wedge to reduce swelling. This wedge is strong enough to keep your feet stable. But it has enough cushioning not to damage the heel or the inside of the knee. It's also long enough for me (I'm 5'11") so that the ankle is fully supported and not hanging at the end. But what makes this wedge better than others I've seen are the U-shaped raised sides running along the top. This makes using the ice pack a lot easier on the ankle. Instructions to take it out of the pocket and let it "inflate" for 24 hours. But I found that after about 15 minutes it was complete was finished. So you can basically use it when you receive it. The wedge doesn't weigh much, so it's relatively easy to get around. But it stays in place if you put your foot or feet on it while you lying in bed If you're looking for a foot wedge that can be used with an ice pack and that will provide full support for your foot and ankle, I highly recommend getting this one.
