While these lenses are definitely not as thick and strong as the original Oakley lenses, both pairs of lenses fit perfectly in my 2.0 frame half Jacket. They had good optical clarity with no haze or distortion (something I've experienced before with aftermarket lenses) and good polarization. I bought these lenses as "broken" lenses while camping in West Texas for a week and after a week of careless handling I could not find any scratches or damage on the lenses. Since I've gotten back from the trip I still haven't bothered to put my original lenses back in as they were such a reliable replacement - AND - if I do damage them they are relatively inexpensive to replace. The bottom line is that it isn't. as strong as Oakley lenses and I suspect they don't have close break resistance, but at $15 a pair (at least two $30 pairs in my purchase) it's hard to find anything that disappoints.
