It wasn't easy the second time.
I replaced the pistons on my Dodge Grand Caravan hatch about 5 years ago and it was very easy back then; All you had to do was line up the screws with the holes instead of criss-cross cutting them. THAT time was much harder for some reason; I couldn't quite work with the star wrench, so I worked at an angle. I ended up only tightening one and snapping off the end of the screw, so it really won't be possible.
