Review on 🧹 Full Circle Mighty Mop: Dual-Action Wet/Dry Microfiber | Refill & Replacement Head by Michael Long

I LOVE this mop! The microfiber pad is easy to put on and take off and really cleans the floor. The microfiber pad is easy to wash. My only complaint is the lack of customer service. The mop arrived without the screw that attaches the mop head to the handle. A bit difficult to use without this part :/. I contacted Amazon and I would have to send the whole mop back to get a replacement mop but they offered to contact the manufacturer to see if they would send the missing screw. I contacted the manufacturer (Full Circle) via email and explained that the mop was missing a screw and I had NEVER heard from them. This is BAD customer service! My husband bought a bolt, nut and washers and attached a squeegee head to the handle for me. Works perfectly. The mop gets five stars, but Full Circle's customer service doesn't even deserve one star.
