I immediately noticed that the product looks very high-quality and masterfully executed. But the second is used for its intended purpose, it is weak and thin. Definitely more damage done than the tool is worth. I called tech help as I could tell something was going to break, so I stopped before I did any damage. I spoke to the owner and he advised to keep using the punch as it is getting weaker. I explained to him that it was so tight that the puller didn't bend well and he said the worst that could happen was that it would break or fall off. Well, I have expensive tools, and when they break, they fly apart and wreak havoc like shrapnel. Needless to say I was dissatisfied with the product and customer support. I was assured that I could send photos and replace the instrument. But no one wants a tool to stay tied for a week every time it's used and broken so I returned this item along with another tool from the same brand and will try a different brand or methods from now on.
