Review on 🌡️ AGPtek Digital All-purpose Temperature Controller STC-1000 w/Sensor: Precise Temperature Control for Various Applications by Justin Vasquez

I bought this device on 11/19/2015 at BrainyDeal. On March 6, 2016 I installed it in a cold frame to turn on a heat lamp to keep my garden from freezing. I had wiring issues due to the poor schematic that came with the controller. I thought the problem was in the STC-1000. I contacted BrainyDeal for a warranty return and BrainyDeal was more than happy to exchange it for another. After some internet searching I found a solution to my wiring problem and now it works like a champ. The solution was to run the hot wire to the block, using a wire nut to run the hot wire parallel to the heating and/or cooling relay. Then connect the hot wire of your device you want to control to the remaining free terminal of the heating/cooling relay you want to use. Then use the neutral wire to connect the device and run it with a wire nut in parallel with the neutral wires of the devices you control. There are many schematics available on the internet, search for the STC-1000 schematic. I hardwired mine because I just wanted to control the heat lamp.
