After receiving and installing the drive, I ran the drive and would move backwards with a load of about 200lbs in line with the shaft after turning off the drive (load drops). The installation was forced, which is what the device was advertised to do. As this did not match the product listing I contacted the seller who initially received a prompt response which was much appreciated and awaiting a response from the manufacturer. Well after 11 days of waiting I can't wait to hear an apology for why it's not working as advertised. I had to send it back and replace it with another device.
