The ability to track our team's progress across multiple channels (email, phone, webinars). The platform is easy to use and well designed. It can be somewhat clunky at times and difficult to navigate. I'd like more flexibility in terms of how we handle our calls - but that's nitpicking! There's nothing I dislike about Salesworks. They're very quick to respond to any questions or help you with your needs. And they provide some really great customer support. We need to be able to track our leads and close rate, so this has been a huge benefit for us.
