I'm disappointed - it's my own fault. I wanted it to work so badly. I had a stroke and it's very difficult to use a knife. The product was broken when I received it, just the pin holding the nib. I was still hoping to make it. The julienne knife was bent and didn't fit where it belongs, that's all. I tried to cut carrots, what a joke, I have a piece of 1st bends. It's in the trash. not worth money - what a plagiarism. If it worked I'd be happy, but it's not good enough to do anything.
