I use a large floss but need something lighter to take with me when travelling. Unfortunately, light weight means less power as none of the settings allowed me to fully clean my teeth like my other irrigator. I had to run the floss twice but still had to use hand floss to pull everything out. A lot is missing from the instructions and I had to go through the Revain list to find out what the different attachments were used for. There is one that looks like a spoon and according to the listing it can be used for braces. Interesting. Another issue I had was that the opening of the floss container is at the top of the floss which means you have to fill it from the tub as it won't fit under your sink faucet. All in all I don't recommend it.
