This product (for me) makes my massage roller redundant. Simple design is perfection. So many products make the surface area extremely aggressive (bumps or spiky areas) and advertise a hit between specific target areas. I think a less aggressive, flatter surface gives you a better feel for the target area. I love hardness. I want this company to offer the exact same ball in a larger size, with stiffness rather than medium hardness. This ball is absolutely fantastic! As soon as you come into contact with the surface, you will feel the knots in the muscles. That's exactly what he should aim for.
