Exceptional tool. to Wellness & Relaxation

This product (for me) makes my massage roller redundant. Simple design is perfection. So many products make the surface area extremely aggressive (bumps or spiky areas) and advertise a hit between specific target areas. I think a less aggressive, flatter surface gives you a better feel for the target area. I love hardness. Much better than a foam roller.

Just amazing. No complaints. I definitely recommend the large size (4.75 inches). I am NASM certified in personal training and learning the myofascial terrain is part of the required reading. I used to use a large smooth foam roller and was always a little frustrated at how difficult it was to do anything with knots in the back, glutes/piriformis, and inner thighs (adductors). With this ball it is much easier to hit these areas and break up and loosen the fascia there. I can't recommend it…

Awesome, but use with caution!

The balls are VERY HARD, remember that. They're great for working hard-to-reach muscles in your lower back. I think they take a bit of getting used to and you need to play around with them first to find out how they work best for your body. I use peanuts primarily for blemishes along my thoracic spine and have had no issues with the pressure on my spine. I have a very arched lower back and I don't feel anything when I'm lying on my back with peanuts underneath, so it's helpful for me to bring…
