Their technical expertise is unmatched, they are always available when needed and very responsive to our questions/requests. They do what it takes to ensure that we get the best out of their products. Sometimes I wish there was some way for us to be able to communicate directly with customers in other countries but this isn't possible at present. The only thing I dislike about them is how hard it can sometimes be to find someone who knows all of your business processes inside-out so you know exactly where to go next when troubleshooting issues. If you want expert support from people who care then look no further! Our main focus has been around getting access to data via both HANA Cloud as well as S4Hana. This service has allowed us to provide better customer insight which has enabled us to make quicker decisions and take action much faster.
