Their technical expertise is unmatched, they are always available when needed and very responsive to our questions/requests. They do what it takes to ensure that we get the best out of their products. DataSense does everything you need it to do, from importing your data into their system (which I've never done before), through all aspects needed for an effective BI solution such as creating reports in multiple languages including Portuguese/Português(Brazil) etc., they are responsive when issues arise, providing excellent customer service with real people that care about solving problems rather then just getting paid off!
