I recently bought a radiator fan and was having trouble hooking it up to my truck. The easiest but most unsafe way to connect the wires was to connect them directly to the fuse box. That wasn't an option for me because I didn't want to start a fire. Using an adapter to connect additional circuits will greatly simplify the connection. What I like is that it has a fuse socket. No need to cut/splice wires to existing wires or add extra locking wire. This way you connect a fuse box with a fuse and everything is safe. I wired it so that the fan turns on when the car starts and turns off when the car turns off. Very easy. Very efficient and safe.
